2023 Week 20 Product Updates
Feature #1 - Remove User from Tenant
Completely remove a User’s access from your Tenant using the Settings App.
When a User no longer requires access to your Sandbox Tenant, you can completely remove their account using the Settings App. Doing this will remove their Role and Team assignments as well, so make sure you really want to remove them!
Feature #2 - Update to the Inventory Replenishment Function
Updates to the screen and calculations used when doing inventory replenishment.
The Inventory -> Replenishment screen allows automatic generation of Purchase Orders based on Min & Max quantities set on each Product. Once a Product hits the Reorder Point, it will show on the screen.
Sorting and filtering have been added to the list of Products on the Replenishment screen.
If the Product has a Max Quantity set, the system will suggest ordering enough to have the Max Quantity in stock.
If the Product does not have a Max Quantity set, the system will suggest ordering enough to have the Min Quantity in stock.
Feature #3 - Last Price Change Reporting
We have started to record the date of the last price change on each Product, what the previous price was, and who changed it. Please note that these dates/prices will only start populating for new changes made after May 18th, 2023.
The date of the last price change is now available to view on the Product View screen and the Sales Pricing screen.
Last Sales Price Change report is now available under Reporting -> Products as well to view a list of recent price changes.
Feature #4 - Worksheet View Updates
We have made a few improvements to the Worksheet view on our Events.
The following changes have been made to the Worksheet view:
Margin columns now show Expected Margin on Events that have not been delivered or removed from inventory.
Margin has been removed from showing on Purchasing Event Worksheets.
Unit of Measure has been added.
Worksheets can now be exported to an XLSX Excel file.
We now display the estimated margin based on the Average Cost, if it exists or the Base Purchase Price, for all the sales Price Levels, date-specific pricing, customer-specific pricing, and other Unit of Measure pricing.
